Cancellation Policy

Tangerine Organic Salon honors a firm 48 hour cancellation policy. Violating this policy will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. Multiple cancellations and/or no-shows will result in a requirement for you to keep a credit card on file for future bookings.

Late Arrival

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, however if we have to reschedule your appointment due to time constraints, you will be subject to cancellation fee.

Payments and Gratuity

All payment for services rendered will be required the same day of your booked appointment. Returned checks will incur a $35 service fee.

Should you choose to thank your service provider with gratuity, it will be excepted in the form of cash, check, or Venmo.

Returns / Exchanges

Products can be exchanged for merchandise credit only. Not loving your hair? Let us know. We will always do our best to make it right. Please reach out within a 7 day time frame.

Changing Gowns/Robes

Clean gowns/robes will be available to you for the protection of personal clothing. We do our best to protect your belongings during your visit. Tangerine Organic Salon is not responsible for any stained or damaged clothing if gowns/robes are not utilized properly.

Children and Pets

We love children and pets, however unless your child is receiving a salon service, we ask that children under the age of 12 be accompanied by an adult not receiving services. Please don’t bring any pets into the salon unless they are approved service animals.
